Dan Kaye, President
As President and a co-founder of Triad Consulting Corporation, Dan Kaye brings an eclectic background to this position, having experience in advertising consulting and entertainment law. As an Advertising Production Consultant Dan has worked with major clients, including General Motors Corporate, Oldsmobile, Cadillac, and Volvo, on their television and print production. On the legal side he has advised clients on advertising and marketing-related contractual and union issues, including celebrity talent and music licensing agreements.
Before consulting to the advertising industry, Dan practiced entertainment law. He represented motion picture and record companies as well as performing and literary artists. Dan has litigated cases in Federal and State courts in the State of New York.
Dan is a graduate of Rutgers College. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School. Dan is a member of the New York and New Jersey Bars. He is a member of the Friars Club.
